A coffee table spends its life holding things you then have to pick up again — a phone at 4 %, a remote, a laptop, a glass. The CT-S1 series puts the charging, the light and the storage into the table itself, so the surface stays clear and the cables never reach the floor.
The charging coil sits under the tabletop, not on it. A 15 W Qi zone is bonded beneath the 12 mm tempered glass or sintered stone, marked with a subtle etched ring, and paired with foreign object detection so keys and coins do not heat up. Two USB-A QC 3.0 ports and one USB-C PD 20 W port are recessed into the side rail, angled downward and covered by a spring-loaded flap — usable, but invisible from the sofa.
Most smart furniture fails at the sourcing stage: every material change means new tooling. The CT-S1 keeps one carcass and one control architecture, then varies the top, the leg profile and the electronics package. A buyer can launch a glass version at an entry price, a sintered stone version at mid-market, and a walnut veneer version for contract and hospitality projects — same carton footprint, same accessory bag, same assembly manual.
The lift mechanism is a 24 V DC dual-column system with a 180 mm stroke and soft start/stop, rated under 45 dB at one metre. It raises the top from 420 mm to 650 mm, which turns the table into a work surface without adding a second piece of furniture to the room.
Load rating is 60 kg distributed across the top with the lift at full extension — tested with a 30-cycle static load, not a single push. The lift column is steel, not aluminium tube, and the control box is mounted on a serviceable bracket inside the rear rail so a replacement board can be swapped without disassembling the table.
Cable management runs through a 60 mm grommet at the rear centre into a floor-level exit, with 1.8 m of power cord supplied as standard. For hotel and office projects, an in-table AC outlet (universal or Type-F/Type-G) can be added to the same rear rail.
For OEM buyers we apply your logo to the control panel, the underside plate and the master carton, and print your manual. For ODM buyers we adjust dimensions (900–1600 mm length), leg profile (taper, hairpin, plinth), top material and the electronics package, then produce a golden sample before mass production. Tooling for a new leg or a new top cut-out is quoted separately and stays with the project.
Every order ships with a pre-production sample, an inspection report with photos at three stages (carcass, assembly, packaging), and a drop-tested carton. Standard packaging is a five-layer corrugated carton with EPE foam, corner protectors and a polybag on the top surface; we can print your artwork, add a QR-code label and palletise on request.
