Q1. Does the wireless charger work through the tabletop? Yes. The coil is bonded under a 12 mm tempered glass or sintered stone surface, and charges at up to 15 W on compatible phones. Thicker stone tops are quoted with a higher-power module or a flush inset.

Q2. What is your MOQ for a custom logo? 50 pcs for stock colours with a printed logo on the control panel and carton; 100 pcs for custom colour matching; 200 pcs where a new top cut-out or leg tooling is required.

Q3. Can you produce our own design (ODM)? Yes. Send a sketch, reference photo or spec sheet; we return a 3D drawing and BOM-based quotation within 5 working days, then a prototype in 10–15 days.

Q4. What certifications do you provide? CE and RoHS as standard; FCC, ETL, UKCA and SAA can be arranged per destination market. Test reports are issued in the buyer's company name where required.

Q5. How is the table packed, and what is the loading quantity? One piece per five-layer corrugated carton with EPE foam and corner protectors. Reference loading is about 55 pcs per 20GP and 130 pcs per 40HQ; final figures depend on carton dimensions.

Q6. What are the payment and lead-time terms? 30 % deposit, 70 % against the bill of lading copy; T/T, and L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Production is 25–30 days after deposit and sample approval.

Q7. Do you supply spare parts? Yes — charging modules, control boxes, lift columns, remotes and LED strips are stocked for five years after the order date, shipped with the mass order or on a separate accessory order.
